Sense of Community for Marchetti Tech Srl: coating products and more.

Marchetti Tech Srl develops coatings and covering products for industry, home, yachting, and other sectors that are part of the life of our dreams. We are in sport, design, and all those challenges that others have not yet accepted.

We have made both solvent-based and water-based graphene paints. All of this thanks to the work of many people who are part of the Marchetti Tech team both inside and outside the company. For us, people are first, and we take care of the community where these people live and their families.

Marchetti Tech's community means facilitating inclusion, embracing diversity, and having a strong sense of belonging. We encourage ideas, mutual respect, and a lively exchange of ideas to have those minds that develop mature projects active. We want to invest in our families, in boys, in young people who will be the future men of our planet.

Living well together in harmony is the basis for building a community; we know this well. Therefore we always create opportunities for dialogue, comparison, and union between people. As a company, we try to make others live well by creating products that can create well-being.

In addition, we have a program to give back what we have received, investing part of our turnover in charity programs to help local communities where we are involved. Donations and sponsorships are governed by a program and code of ethics, which an external commission supervises.
