Marchetti Tech, manufacturer of paints for various industrial sectors, implements the “Responsable Business Partner's Policy” with new rules, for the protection of health, safety and the environment.

If one of our suppliers is not up to date with safety systems, he puts the health of its workers and the regular operation of the production site at risk. Therefore it cannot work with us anymore, until he is in compliance with the rules.

The new policy is very complex, even if the principles are very simple and easy to implement. Our business partners must follow the highest international standards and we also ask for special attention, suggesting practices and procedures to avoid accidents of any kind and to reduce the environmental impact.

Our rules are not impositions, but instead goals that we can develop together in order to work efficiently, safely for employees and to protect health and the environment.

Any production practice that we consider poor according to our standards, even if it is in compliance with the law, we require to intervene urgently. The documentation to regularize the procedures or the workplace, is available to suppliers with a simple procedure that determines times and costs.

Our goal is to avoid any type of accident that could endanger the life of workers or contaminate the environment.

Our purchasing department, coordinated by our technical department, carries out periodic visits to our suppliers and supply chain to ensure that our standards are met.

We make available all our experience and training to those who need to know the guidelines and production processes, that comply with international standards.
