CTO Tiziano Boccomino, during the trial of the Italian Prototype Championship
The CTO of Marchetti Tech Srl, Tiziano Boccomino, was interviewed by the producer and television director of Show Event Rome, Alfonso Stagno, at the racetrack in Varano during the trial of the Italian Prototype Championship.
AS: “Eng. Boccomino, we are in Varano for the trial of the Italian Prototype Championship season 2021. What should we expect from Marchetti Tech? What are the innovations that you are developing?”
TB: “I’m very excited to be here in Varano. Having a role in the Italian Prototype Championship is a big responsibility for us and we are here to test our product on the racetrack such as our high-tech Graphene paints. We are also developing safety devices that will implement the circuits safety.”
AS: “Marchetti Tech is always on top regarding research and development. Tell us about the results that you are achieving with the paints, coatings and Graphene applicatives.”
TB: “Our Graphene applicatives are required in the automotive field, in particular for the restoration of vintage cars with great historical value. Our paints have different purposes such as: protection from the time passing, corrosion and rust that can ruin unique models. Proper technology masterpieces that would have been lost forever.”
AS: “Where do you use your paints?”
TB: “Our paints are used, for example, to realize mufflers that often need customized colors and protections. In addition, they are also requested by the supercars rim’s manufacturers.”
AS: “Where do you use the Graphene and what applications do we expect?”
TB: “We are testing safety devices and cars parts to make them more resistant and lighter. Car companies, like the one interested in the electrical technology, ask us to lighten the cars’ weight. For this reason we are testing the carbon fiber, the Kevlar and other materials.”
AS: “Eng. Boccomino, will I see you on the racetrack?”
TB: “Sure. We will follow the entire Championship with our expert team, inside and outside the racetrack. It’s a team work that make us enthusiastic and happy for the results that we are achieving.”
