The Code of Conduct of Marchetti Tech Srl outlines the behaviors expected for all employees of Marchetti Tech Srl. Marchetti Tech Srl will conduct its business in a fair, impartial, ethical, and correct way, in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and in line with Marchetti Tech Srl's values. In conducting your business, integrity must be the foundation of all business relationships, including those with customers, suppliers, communities, and among employees. The highest standards of ethical business conduct are required of Marchetti Tech Srl employees in carrying out their corporate responsibilities. Employees will not engage in any conduct or activity that could raise doubts about the company's honesty, impartiality, reputation, or otherwise cause embarrassment to the company. Employees will demonstrate their commitment to our values, treat each other with respect, and refrain from any type of harassment, including sexual harassment.
As an employee of Marchetti Tech Srl, I will make sure that:
• I will not engage in any activity that could create a conflict of interest for me or the company.
• I will not take advantage of my position at Marchetti Tech Srl to seek personal gain through the inappropriate use of Marchetti Tech Srl or of non-public information or to abuse my position.
• I will comply with all restrictions on the use and disclosure of information. This includes compliance with all requirements for the protection of Marchetti Tech Srl information and ensuring that non-proprietary information from Marchetti Tech Srl is used and disclosed only as authorized by the owner of the information or as otherwise permitted by law.
• I will respect fairness in all my transactions and interactions.
• I will protect all company, customer, and supplier assets and use them only for appropriate company-approved activities.
• Without exception, I will comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
• I will promptly report any illegal or unethical behavior to management or other appropriate authorities (e.g., Ethics, Law, Safety, Human Resources).
Each employee is responsible for asking questions, seeking assistance, and reporting suspected violations of this Code of Conduct. Retaliation against employees who come forward to raise genuine concerns will not be tolerated.
